Welcome

· Use the Contact Us button to request a user login

· User login information will be emailed to you with a temporary password; you will be directed to change the password when you login for the first time.

· You will use the same username and password to log in each time you visit the Tool. This way, you can save your work, continue filling it out at a later date, and view past results for comparison.

· This assessment Tool uses a scoring format to assess the level of diversity and inclusion within the organization. You will score each indicator from 1-5 and provide evidence to support your score. Examples have been provided to assist with scoring. Remember that for each indicator, you are describing your agency's present situation.

· The Assessment is divided into three sections: Governance & Leadership, Human Resources & Volunteer Management and Overall

· To navigate between sections use the right-hand menu bar.

· Click Save Draft at the end of each page, BEFORE moving on to the next section.

· You can revisit the section and change your answers later.

· You may click View Results for a completed section in the right-hand menu bar at any time.

· When you are finished, click Submit All for Final Report at the bottom of the right-hand menu.

·To submit supporting documents for your Expression of Interest, click on My Profile to return to the Application Menu, on the right Submit Mandatory Documents.

· To start a new assessment, simply click Start New Draft on any section in the right-hand menu bar (this will not affect previous Results pages).

· Click View Results in the right-hand menu bar to view all of your completed assessments.

·Each indicator is accompanied by examples located below the Evidence box. The examples will give you some samples of evidence to support the score for your organization in each area.
